Hotel Le Jersey, Saint-Malo

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although on the 3rd floor without a lift and somewhat cramped with a small bathroom, offered a decent level of comfort. The service from the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond by compensating for issues and being very friendly and helpful. The location was a highlight, with stunning views of the sea and easy access to the old town, though the dining options were a bit on the pricey side. Overall, the facilities were sufficient but not outstanding.

The hotel was located in a prime spot along Sillon, just as the bath room the rooms were quite small like other hotels in the area. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially with dessert orders. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, as it's a wonderful walk to the center along the beautiful beach, and you could even lie in bed and watch and hear the sea. The dining experience varied from simple and plentiful to expensive, with home-made desserts.
